Welcome to Minyan Tehillah!
Minyan Tehillah meets regularly at Temple Beth Shalom (The Tremont St. Shul) at 8 Tremont Street in Cambridge.
Join Yaffa Epstein on Shabbat March 27-28 for a pre-Pesach Shabbaton at the Tremont Street Shul!
On Friday night March 27, there will be partnership and egalitarian services at 6:30 p.m. followed by a meat catered dinner at 7:15 p.m. Yaffa Epstein will speak at 8:30 p.m. on the topic of "Multiple Intelligences at the Seder Table: Pedagogy at the Mishna." The 10th chapter of Mishna Pesachim deals with the laws and customs of the seder. We will learn the chapter and attempt to understand its structure and content to see how the rabbis make room for every kind of Jew at the seder. RSVP at www.tremontstreetshul.org. The cost for dinner is $18 for adults; $12 for students and children under 13; free for children under 3.
On Shabbat morning March 28, Minyan Tehillah will meet at 9:15 a.m. Yaffa Epstein will speak at a free kiddush lunch at noon on the topic of "From insecure shepherd to inspiring leader: Moses' journey." From Prince of Egypt to simple shepherd to savior of the Jewish people, Moses' journey is a long and complicated one. This session will explore how Moses learns to trust in himself and his leadership style, and what we can learn from his transformation.
