On Welcoming a Sefer Torah

On Sunday, November 7, 2010, Minyan Tehillah held a Hachnasat Sefer Torah to welcome the new sefer Torah into our community. It was a beautiful celebration that included this dvar Torah, given by community-member Alanna Cooper. The dvar Torah can be found here.
